I too have had my Marks and Spencer Pet Insurance renewal through, It was £12 per year when I took it out two years ago with a nil excess for my Labrador puppy. The renewal is £28 plus a £70 excess. I will not be renewing with them.

Its a shame as they were without doubt the best insurer , in fact I recommended them to family and friends. I just hope that they review their policy!
