General Comments

I ordered a panasonic replacement battery for the sd9 high-def camcorder.
First of all i placed order at 1am friday morning and arrived one day later on saturday morning !! Very impressive delivery times indeed !!
secondly i stupidly didnt follow instructions to place blanking plug on dc socket so i had e-mailed them for to send the battery back thinking it wasnt working and they replied within minutes of the e-mail by which time i had realised my mistake but hey what a great response time from them !! (quicker than superman hehe)
Battery i bought works fine as well so nice to have a decent product at a great price that actually works unlike many batteries off a well known auction site ahem !
200 % recommended. They actually make you feel important as a customer....a dying art in the retail world methinks.
Use these guys and YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED !!
