The cat bed I chose before Christmas looked perfect and the company looked reputable online.Firstly, it took two weeks for the product to arrvie when it stated it would arrive far quicker than this.
When it eventually arrived, it was a dog bed not a cat bed and in a completely different style.
It took them time to collect this and they wouldn't provide a simple swap with the item I was waiting for.
Then weeks later, while I was still waiting for my item, I received an e-mail saying it was no longer in stock and I would be refunded - I am still waiting for this. I think the above says it all.
