General Comments

I purchased an'Aspen' leather suite which was delivered in 10 weeks. Once we received the suite I realised that I had made an error in my purchase. I went back to the Chester store fearing the worse and that I would be stuck with my purchase. This was not to be the case; a manager allayed my fears and told me that I should swop the suite for another of my choice, not only that; but he advised me to wait until after Xmas if I so wished, when there would be more choice for me. I chose a Wentworth which has now been delivered. Both my wife and I are now very pleased with the sofas.
Furniture Village took the Aspen away when they delivered the Wentworth. I am convinced that had I made the purchase with any other store I would have been told to go away, as the problem was mine not theirs. I did not feel like another punter and my thanks to the two members of staff we dealt with for their patience and understanding.
We also had coffee and cookies during our meetings, a small, but nice touch. I would reccommend Furniture Village to anyone.
