You can use 3 Broadband at a dial up speed about 3am in the morning.
General Comments
I have had 3 broadband for over a year now and cant wait until my contract finishes, their system does not work for me, I have spent hours talking to their tech guys, i don't even bother now there is to much demand on 3s services you can wait up to 10 minutes for a page to change.
