Telephone staff at Marks and Spencer Furniture very polite and helpful. I ordered over £1100 worth of furniture in two orders. The first order was due to arrive but did not, phoned to be told it would arrive soon. 10 days later phoned again to be told order at couriers, phoned couriers to arrange delivery who said they did not have furniture. Phoned m and s again who said they would check orders. Transpired that they no longer stock my items and have cancelled my order. I have now cancelled my second order.
