Bad Points
the airline bumped all the OAT travelers in our group off the flight to Auckland. We went 8 hrs later. We lost a day in Auckalnd. OAT scheduled the airline and bought the tickets. We had no say.

General Comments
one great experience to maccu piccu
one good expereince to greece
one good expereince to new zealand except for the first two days...all with Overseas Adventure Travel...but in my experience the customer services seem to be declining. what happened to the old oats? OAT is losing the vision of customer service.
We are going to the Serengetti and Patagonia. We are having a hard time scheduling this with OAT based on our last experience.
