Abbey Business Accounts call centre staff are good and try their best to help with the weird problems that customers may have.
Recent web "upgrade" has caused me so many problems and I feel like I've wasted hours of my time. I feel like charging them my normal hourly rate. they also blocked my debit card because - SHOCK HORROR! - I used it to pay for a trainticket! I must have entered the right PIN otherwise it wouldn't have worked! So why block it?? I could have been stranded somewhere, unable to pay, and unable to call their "service".
Thinking of moving my account...... if only there was one which was any better.
