I especially love the way you can customise all the colours on the Samsung Soul menus and backgrounds, and also the sensitivity of the touch screen buttons, as some phones are far too sensitive (Samsung d900 for instance, stupid phone!). I find the touch panel really easy to use, although when on the internet it can be a little slow. The sound quality is good, and although many people have been complaining that the ringtone is too quiet, I definitely haven't. (How loud do they want it?!) The look and feel of the Samsung Soul phone is great, it is a little heavier than some others, but I think that feels better than the lightweight ones, which in my opinion feel like toy phones. The only bad point I have found with the Samsung Soul is that it keeps switching itself off. I discovered that this was because the battery is a bit loose, which was easily fixed by wedging a little bit of card in the gap between the battery and the phone, and that fixed it. Not very technical I know, but it worked!
