With BMI Baby if nothing goes wrong it's bearable, but the minute anything went wrong the staff I dealt with seemed very unhelpful towards me and the so called customer service number was impossible to get through to any time I tried and is a premium rate number anyway!!
In flight magazine included article from CEO that talked about financial performance without mentioning customer service once!! Your planes are full of customers mate, not investors!!

The in flight menu claims that their plastic cups with instant coffee and warm water gives you a true coffee shop experience in the sky!!! Who writes that stuff?? And their celebrity chef apparently "created" the BLT sandwich especially for BMI Baby customers!!!!

The web site tries to charge £26.95 per checked in bag, but if you want to query that on the phone, you are charged for the call! I feel I experienced poor customer service. I was charged to call and complain!!
