Everything about holiday park was great and we have no complaints whatsoever!


Bad Points

That our holiday was over and had to go back to work.


General Comments

This was our second visit to Santa Ponsa but our first visit to the Holiday Park and we were really glad that we chose this accommodation. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the bars, restaurants and to the beach. The room was fine, we were on the 2nd floor so had a nice view across the pool area. The bar served simple but good food and the bar prices were reasonable. We found the shop in reception really handy as we often returned to the hotel late at night after the shops outside had closed. The staff were all friendly and were always willing to answer any questions we had. They were all English speaking too, so there was never any problem making yourself understood. Just two bits of advice though. Firstly, a few people mentioned that they had their bag snatched when they were on the beach, so I would highly recommend that you get a safety deposit box. Also, it's best to book early because we had seen their prices on their own website at 90 euros for July but when we were ready to book, they had suddenly jacked up the price to 125 euros a night, which we found to be a bit expensive and their excuse was the fact that there were only a couple of rooms available in the hotel, which I believe as I checked with other companies and there were no availibilities, but I still think that 35 euros extra a night is not justified. We did meet holiday makers that had paid the 90 Euros just one day before we made our booking, and that made us feel worse!
