the entertainment is second to none the staff very attentive and overall an enjoyable experience, its our second visit and won't be our last
General Comments
Flamingo Oasis ticks all the boxes for every age, the food is 1st class the entertainment team are excellent and produce first class shows at night, their energy knows no bounds, they are there from dawn till dusk but there is absolutely no pressure to participate. the hotel staff are also great, they are polite, patient and always smiling, nothing is to much trouble for them, the manager takes a very active roll, going round the hotel regularly, which I thought was a very nice touch, I work in a customer service industry, an trust me, these people know about customer service, recomendation! as high as you can go. The hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear, but aren't we all as we age?
