The Fender Jazzmaster's looks are very cool, it's light and plays like a strat, sort of.
Doesn't have the heft of a solid body so one needs to play slightly more gently, especially since the piezio pickup can be harsh. The intonation just isn't quite right. It's impossible to find a hardshell case for it.
A fun guitar to play and strum, but not really a replacement for a lead all-round instriument. The balance between the two pick-ups and the controls are too hard to adjust on stage (too small). A great instrument in flett, but not an "only one" guitar. It's not really a good Fender.
