If the ability to redeem points is true .


General Comments

I always pay over the required minimum payment but on one occassion I forgot to pay I was alerted by a staff of SKY C/C I made my apologies and paid 50% over the missed payment . To my dismay over six other staff phoned me to request for payments and reminded me each time that I have a payment waiting, I got angry and said dont you guys speak to each other where the person on the other end made a weak apology and disappeared . I paid off my account later and I am still to spend my bonus point . I hope I will have no problem redeeming my points .
