We had 6 different companies quote for our kitchen, B&Q were the only company who actually came to our house & designed the kitchen in full including installation there & then, left us the full itemised quote including great colour pictures. We went for the B&Q quote as the others were a no brainer. B&Q weren't the cheapest, MFI were, but their quote excluded supplementary works. The showroom staff in Llandudno B&Q are wonderfull & the designer was fantastic, he gave us a price on the night and that's what we paid, the installation took 4 days to complete, the best £8463.02 we have spent in a long time.
Our kitchen is the Cook & Lewis Clevedon & we reccomend this range to anyone. The sink & tap we were originally quoted went discontinued, so when it came to us ordering the kitchen we had to choose different ones, but the manager did them for the same price saving us £73.
We had to wait 8 weeks for the Installation, but we were told that before we ordered.

we are considering buying the cooke & lewis kitchen in the black gloss range and at first seemed happy to go to B&Q that was until I read the above reviews! Now with some positive reviews I do feel happier to go ahead with the sale!

I found this review helpful because... I am in the process of having my kitchen fitted by B&Q & so far everything is going great, i must admit i am one of the first to critisise when things go wrong, but i feel on this occassion nothing at all has gone wrong (so far) i find it hard to belive the job will be finished on friday, the fitters are good, they are doing all the electrics, gas, tileing floor & walls. so far it really looks good, the only bad point i can think of is that the old kitchen & appliances are in my back garden as the skip can't come until friday as i have limited access.... I will post a review on this site once i have used the kitchen for a while
