O2 have better signal than Virgin Mobile in my experience

O2 dispatched 3 faulty phones to me
General Comments
I have a fairly clear signal, but when my Nokia n95 crashed O2 would not replace it even though i had only had it for 3 weeks. I had to wait 4 months to get my phone back, and was still being charged throughout this time even though i could not use my phone.
