Bedz R Us has friendly service. excellent bed and also good advice given. Very friendly delivery driver. It really isn't worth visiting the showrooms in my opinion, there aren't many beds there. Most of them you have to order 'unseen' from a brochure or the computer. However the advice given was really good and the salesman seemed to be keen to help. We asked lots of questions and he wasn't rushing us at all.
The bed we got is brilliant, we are very happy and saved around £400. Also we wanted a particular feature on the bed which another high street company had wanted another £200 for. Bedz R us did it for nothing extra.
The rating would have been an overall 10 but for the freezing cold and sparsely stocked showroom. But that was worth putting up with for the amount of money we saved.
We are really happy and would highly recommend.
