The telephone customer services are very polite when you manage to speak to them.

Mainly the very lengthy time it seems to take to deliver goods. The postage cost is hefty in my view. The quality of the goods I have eventually received has been poor.

Due to illness around the Christmas period I upped my internet shopping and also ordered several items from Ideal World. I watched for the post eagerly but soon felt the need to telephone due to their non appearance. When it did arrive,the underwear I ordered appeared with a scag in the leg. I did not return it as would have lost the postage and the items were cheap enough for it not to be a problem. Other items arrived in seperate lots even though I ordered them at the same time. This is, I am told, is because some come staight from the supplier. I suggest this leaves it open for sloppy delivery. I ordered 2 scarf/hat things which took ages and when they finally arrived , were obviously made with a child- sized heads in mind, whilst they had been demonstrated by an adult. I sent them back but of course I lost the postage and had to pay to do so into the bargain.
