Good Points

smooth set up, email support ok


Bad Points

appallingly SLOW speed on their adsl service to non-unbundled areas,

higher priced for areas that havent been unbundled


General Comments

My complaint about this 02 broadband service is that its VERY slow in the evenings. the speed starts falling about 5pm and by about 7pm im on a appalling 0.2mbps which isnt enough to steam the radio and tv/iplayer will not work at all. the speed only start going up again at 10pm by which time i dont need to use the internet

im an o2 customer but becausebt havent unbundled the exchange in our area (canterbury) i have to pay £17 a month rather than £7.

set up went ok, got texts on it progress.

i will be looking for a better provider when the contract ends.
we seem to be years behind the rest of europe and the world in the uk in our internet speed and paying so much for it.
