It looks nice

It twists clothes, my clothes smell mouldy, I dont like all the presets, it takes a long time for each load.


General Comments

I received this Maytag Neptune FAV6800AWW Top Load machine as a replacement in the class action suit against Maytag re. the front load Neptune. They offered me no choice but to replace it with this machine or keep the old one. I would have preferred the old one, mold and all!!
I have never even had a reply to my emails regarding my dissatisfaction.
My general complaints would be the same as most others, the twisting and the smell mostly, although it appears that others have had even worse luck than I. So far the machine hasnt locked or broken down but I still hate it and would rather have my old GE from 20 years ago! (which is still going strong for the lady I sold it to!).
