Good Points

Online co-op play also brilliant with a friend or locally
Multiple classes of enemies to fight
Two separate campaigns: Good and Evil
Various classes to play as including characters from films

Bad Points

Graphics not up to standard for today ' s generation of consoles
Only 8 maps available for playing
Can get extremely frustrating on harder difficulties
Campaigns quite short
Can resort button mashing in combat
Sort of already been done in L.O.T.R: Return of the King

General Comments

When I first played the demo for this game, I thought it was brilliant even though it was just doing two maps over and over again. When I bought it, I was hooked for the next few days, but inevitably it does get boring and repetitive. The lack of maps to play online is one of the factors that is most of a let down for me. However, the online game play is very enjoyable and skilful kills tend to make you feel quite pleased with yourself. The graphics are also a major letdown. Today ' s game consoles can offer so much potential, but they are severely let down by this game with unrealistic movements and objects which you can walk through. .L.O.T.R: Conquest cost me £40 for Xbox 360, the usual price for new releases. I find this a bit too much for what the game offers, so unless you are a dire L.O.T.R fan , I recommend waiting until the price goes down.
