Good Points

I don't have any good points from this site considering I still have yet to receive the items ordered


Bad Points

the entire process was and still is horrible


General Comments

My son had ordered some items with his birthday money which was over $100. The site claims 2-3 days processing, well my items were ordered on January 11, 2009 today is January 29, 2009 and we still have not seen our items. The ship date changed 3 times and I am still waiting on response from customer service it is sad how a company can behave this way. I will never order from this site again and will post reveiws everywhere I can helping others to not make the same mistake.
