General Comments

Where to start. Placed order with Dixons and received an email confirming receipt. As this was a key item I asked when I could expect delivery. I was told that it could take 28 days, which differed from the advice on line.

I cancelled the order the following day by email as you cannot cancel using your online account (that you must set up to place an order). I then received an email from the delivery team saying that the product was a 'forward order' and there was no knowing when it would turn up. I contacted the delivery team and cancelled the order again over the phone. I sent a further email asking again that the order be cancelled. I asked for confirmation that this had happened.

Imagine my surprise when three days later money had been taken from my account to pay for a product that a) was not available and b) had been cancelled three times over.

I received an email saying that the money would be refunded within 5-7 days. This email took the team four days to send from the initial cancellation.

Extremely poor service.
