Very good service, staff very helpful, really good sales especially the spectaculars

General Comments

I shop in browns of chester very often. I am a debenhams cardholder and have never had bad service. The staff are very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help you.
I have heard about some customers complaining about the returns policy. I do agree but it is the same in most retailers now.
A very happy shopper.
