There are no good points for me about this printer. It is the worst printer we have ever owned. This printer always has a problem. For a long while it said "paper jam" and we were not able to clear it until finally one day it worked again. Same for the "out of paper" sign. It went through a period of grabbing all the paper at once and jamming. Also it went through a time of spewing out reams of paper needlessly. When we run out of ink, I am throwing it away. We have suffered with it for about a year or more, and I can't take it anymore. I thought HP made good printers. We are really disappointed. Continues to say "out of paper" even when it is not. Even when we turn off and unplug the printer and computer to clear the memory!
