I was on the hunt for a number of items on www.maplin.co.uk and when I searched for them I got a list of things I had no idea were related in anyway to what I was after. If this could be remedied it might stop visitors clicking away. Vast amounts of products I've not seen since the days of Tandy and even Radio Shack appeared. My query email was answered within a matter of an hour or so hence gaining a sale else I'd have shopped elsewhere. This followed by speedy home delivery. Searches have to be quite specific else hundreds of irrelevant products come back in the search results. Other than that I've no problem with the website and the service I received was brilliant.
