I ordered a desk from Office Furniture Online, which is a trading name alias for Equip 4 Work, only to be told a week later that they didn't have stock (this after they had already debited my account). This only occurred because I phoned in to check on my order, otherwise who knows when I would have found out.
Their solution was to offer me a completely different desk that was unsuitable for my needs. I cancelled my order, expecting my money to be refunded, and am still waiting for it 10 days later (more than 5 times longer than it took them to take it).
