Carphone Warehouse are very poor. I ordered a phone off the web and had to choose deliver to store for various reasons. Once I got to the store I was made to wait for nearly an hour whilst they 'sorted out the order'. I then was dispatched with a phone in a very badly bashed up box. Before ordering I had spoken to someone at CPW about the £10 calltime credit I was being forced to buy along with the handset, this person had assured me that it would be okay for them to add the credit to my existing number rather than sending out a new sim with it on. Oh how wrong they were. The only good point was the manager of the store I went to was lovely and really knew her stuff.
