I am at a loss as to why Nova Rent a Car has so many bad reviews. I have used them in the UK, Ireland and US and have always found that their prices are the best, service, exemplary and no extra charges. I am Canadian and I appreciate the offer of included insurance which is usually a mine field when hiring a car in the US. In the past I have ended up paying twice the quoted price for a rental car in the US and with Nova I pay what is quoted aside from any additional options I pick up when I pick up the car. I have had no bad experiences with this company.
