“I have had nothing but trouble with Yahoo Mail, emails...”

I have had nothing but trouble with Yahoo Mail, emails are not received by many friends and family, and it seems to take forever to leave here. I pay a subscription, and there doesn't seem to be any help available at all. It causes huge problems with work as well, as I am a carer and need to be in touch with head office.
