General Comments

Well, i read reviews, and they were mixed. The Jinlun 125 - 11 125(48) bike looked great, so i thought I'd get it.

Trust me, the looks weren't worth the hassle...

Every morning the engine took about 20 - 25 minutes to start. The battery ran out after only 1000km. The clutch is terrible... however many revs i put on, as soon as I lifted the clutch, the bike always went to the point of stalling, where i'd have to quickly save it. On hill starts it was impossible, hence i forced myself to stick to a route which wouldn't encounter stops on hills. There's this annoying alarm thing that I can't seem to get rid off, it goes off every time the key is removed. The manual is littered with numerous spelling/grammar mistakes. It's slugish (struggles past 35mph up hills, and on flats it'll get up to 60mph before you're scared you'll blow the engine) but you can't expect much more from a 125.

Next time, i'll stick with Japanese. The sooner I get more money, the sooner I can get a better bike. I can't wait.
