Good Points

All four flights on time, great seats in Economy Plus, spare seat next to me on 3 of the 4 flights (last flight IAD to LHR only had 40 passengers in Economy).


Bad Points

Plane interiors continue to age.


General Comments

As usual, United Airlines provided excellent service, on time, courteous and at a reasonable price. This recent trip was LHR-IAD-GIG-IAD-LHR over 6 days, all good flights in economy.

I know anyone can have a bad experience, but I've flown United for 10 years now and never had a bad experience, even when I've had flights canceled or delayed.
