I never thought dieting would be so easy, I'm keeping the weight & feeling so confident it's excellent.
Bad Points
I'd like more emphasis on fitness within their site, not just nutrition.
General Comments
It's really easy to follow, with lots of support, I've been a member for 2 and half years, I stay for the new recipes that they are constantly adding & for the community boards, everyone keeps me so motivated. I'd recommend it! So many meal plans to choose from, I'm really busy with work and socialising, but there is a meal plan for me!
