ING Direct Internet Banking. Easy to set up. Rate of interest not bad, considering some of their competitors are in freefall. It should be made absolutely clear that quoted interest rates are variable, and that there are occasions when you have no alternative but to use a phone, which due to near-deafness I find extremely difficult. I can't find an e-mail address for them anywhere.
