Extremely Poor!!! No delivery, no communications.
I ordered toner cartridges three weeks ago. I paid through Google Checkout. They took my money straight away. I got an order acknowledgement straight away, from Google. Nothing from the supplier. Their website clearly states they contact you if the goods are not able to shipped immediately. Has that happened? Nope. Since then I have called but can only get answer phone. Left message but no response. I have emailed. I have used the Google Checkout communication system. I have written. I have faxed. There has been absolutely no response whatsoever. Either they have gone bust, or this is a none man band who has stubbed his toe on the bedpost and doesn't feel like working as other reviews here have suggested. Or they are so busy wading through complaints they have no time left ot ship goods. Either way they now have my cancellation letter (and email and voicemail) to deal with, along with the credit card company to deal with because I have disputed the transaction.
