I recomend LighterLife to anybody who genuinly needs to lose wieght, the health risks of being over wieght are massive and my new found confidence and massive atchievment with this diet has given me the chance of proving to myself and work that I can do anything... even be promoted. I was size 26 after having my son, (I put on 7 stone being pregnant) and now im size 14 and Iv never been sexier to my husband. I dont have to be the fat best friend when I go down town with the girls anymore either. I managed to lose 10 stone and I have never had this much confidence in my life! I never thought I could stick to a diet, or even lose wieght within a year, and my depression was just getting worse until I found lighter life. Bad point is you feel hungry for the first few weeks and even some people have bed reactions if you over do it, I ended up with gall stones and the pain was so bad I thought I was having a heart attack. but that was only because I didnt listen when they told me fatty foods need to be introduced slowley to the body.
