Very kind helpful people at Baines and Ernst Debt Management Service who do not make you feel inferior or that it is your fault you have got into debt. My Husband and myself and accumulated large debts over a number of years, we 'managed' by switching to 0% credit cards, just before Christmas 2008 one of the credit cards reverted to its normal interest rate and requested a minimum payment of £249, this along with other credit cards and catalogues as well as household bills and 3 children was just too much.



I am so glad I rang Baines & Ernst, I picked that company because subconsiously I recognised the name - probably from the TV adverts. After sending an e-mail to them they contacted me within minutes, they were so helpful and encouraging. There is a lot of paperwork to accumulate together, ie all your debts, bills you have to pay, proof of ID/income etc but yesterday we were approved for an IVA and the relief I feel is immense.



Initially, when we started the process I decided to read reviews on-line and alot of them were very negative, this did worry me alot, but as we had started the process and because of the debts we had, we thought we may as well continue and see what happend. Luckily we had the perfect result. I would recommend B&E to anyone who is worrying about debt and struggling to pay.



I can sleep easy now knowing in 5 years time we will be DEBT FREE.
