Admiral Car Insurance. The premium was competitive and the call Centre was UK based. When we had an accident which was caused by a third party who admitted liability in writing it took more than two months to sort out and still has not been finalised. I found Albany Assistance, their Legal partners, to be very unsatisfactory and difficult to contact. I thought their website which is supposed to update you on your claim was difficult to access and seemed to be hardly ever updated. OK a low premium but when I needed to claim it seemed to take forever and I felt the customer service from Albany was very poor. My claim was an uncomplicated Third Party claim, liability readily accepted by the Third party, for £1500 and almost three months on it is still not fully settled. Very disappointed.
