All my life, I was considered overweight (even as a child) and it got worse after having children. I was approximately over 208 pounds for a 5'3'' body frame. I kept all my weight in the core area (apple shape). I had tried everything to lose weight (all the national brands and the unknowns). I had found a website supporting XS energy drink and Trim Advantage Meal Replacement Bars. I started taking one XS drink and one Trim Advantage bar for breakfast and one bar for lunch in Jan 2007. For supper, I would eat a normal meal with my family. In 5 1/2 months, I was able to lose 70 pounds of weight. I was unable to exercise due to a leg injury. I wasn't hungry and didn't crave soda/pop or sweets. All of my weight loss was done by eating these bars and one drink a day. I no longer need the bars on a daily basis and will only use them when I feel like I'm putting on a few pounds. I have been able to maintain my weight loss ever since. I went from a size 18 to a size 6. Due to the excess skin, I had surgery to remove it, so now I am a size 0-2. I am thankful everyday that I found these two items.
