Unable to think of a good point as they messed up our travel arrangements.
Bad Points
We booked for a tour to include 2 days in Lucerne, Switzerland. Switzerland FlexiTours changed it to Engelberg (about an hour train ride from Lucerne) and did not inform us of the change despite having confirmed our itenrary and paid for it. Engelberg is a dead place while Lucerne is a must visit for all tourists to Switzerland.
General Comments
Switzerland FlexiTours also refused to compensate us adequately for the inconvenience, additional expenses and the mess in our travel arrangements. I do not recommend this travel agency. Not a reliable or responsible travel agent. They make changes and do not deliver as promised despite payment having been made. Not recommended.
