Car was written off by Liverpool Victoria. Except they decided the figure they were going to offer was going to be the settlement fee.
When i questioned how did they derive the cars value, was first told, via the internet. checked the sites they were quoting, all prices seemed incorrect. Provided evidence the car was undervalued this time told they use the glass guide.
L.V moves the goal post as it chooses.
