My camera was delivered two days after ordering it online. I phoned UK Digital Cameras a couple of times to check availability and delivery times. Both times my call was answered (not always the case with other sites). Packing could have been better. A load of newspaper (!) was shoved in the bottom of the outer box, with none at all on the top. The camera survived. Availability was as stated on the website, the price was reasonable, delivery was quick - a good experience.
