The person who installed the bed was very efficient, friendly and professional.
General Comments
We bought two beds one of which was unsatisfactory from the start. The memory foam mattress was too thin and the electric motor casing could be felt, making the bed uncomfortable. After about five years the hand control in that same bed had to be replaced - not under guarantee and a couple of months later the motor in the same bed ceased to work, again not under guarantee. Frankly I found the after sale customer support to be unsatisfactory. I would hesitate to buy from this firm again. The product was not expensive, but it was seemingly a case of you get what you pay for.
