Wrong Order,Wrong day Delivered,False Promise of refund!!

General Comments
Ordered flowers & chocolates to be delivered to an address in Florida,id used the service before,not sure whether they were the right flowers delivered last time but some did arrive..

The Order was meant to be delivered Dec 23rd,i had an email stating that the order had been dispatched..the order didnt arrive,it turned up the next day..id ordered a Large Xmas Boquet of Red Roses & Choclates (the same flowers were on special a few days after id put my order in) Lilys turned up at the address in Florida & NO CHOCOLATES!! i emailed & emailed before theyd turned up & after..not one reply..i managed to find their address & got a Telephone No. thru Directory Enquiries Spoke to someone eventually & she said she'd refund my money..NO REFUND,That was 3 weeks ago,i managed to record the NO. in my phone but must have got it wrong or did i?! I foned directories again & theres no such address & no Telephone No.!
