V.fast weigh loss. Easy to follow. Group counselling is invaluable.. I've been on the programme for 11 days. I lost 11lbs in my first week. I think the counsellor you have for your group is all important; luckily my counsellor is excellent (very supportive and geninue). You have to appreciate this is not a magic wand; but simply a way to lose weigh and re-educate yourself. Thus far, just the fact I've stuck with it is very enpowering. Definitely worth a try!It does seem costly; but you have to weigh up the reduction is general food bill, booze and snacks - its probably no to bad. The first 3 days are difficult.
