I thought the customer service we recieved at the Bristol branch was pretty good. However, when they booked us an appointment to go and see the showroom they did not tell us that if we wanted to purchase,we needed to bring a deposit with us. Luckily we had cash on us so this for us was a no issue and is more a problem with the initial phone call than the sales staff. We got to test drive two cars, a 05 Focus and an 06 Citroen C4. The test drives however were not long enough so how you are supposed to formulate an opinion based on that I don't know. All in all I would probably recommend Welcome but you have to be pushy to get what you want. Ask plenty of questions when they phone you and don;t let the sales person dictate your time at the show room.
