Good Points

Sales and installation teams competent


Bad Points

Very keen to charge additional fees at every opportunity. To get these cancelled takes considerable time and patience. Almost impossible to get anyone to take responsibility for anything. Customer "services" seem to be a joke.


General Comments

The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away.
