We bought this Brum remote control car from Woolworth's last year so no chance of returning it. The manufacturer is called Mega Gain and appears to be in Hong Kong. The back wheels have a strange motion and move nearer and further from the bumper and if the child puts his finger near the wheel it is drawn between the wheel, which has a rubber edge and the bumper, which has a very sharp edge. This happened to my son recently. Also, the left and right function has stopped working so Brum remote control car only goes forward and back.
