General Comments

Ordered Sony TV on 28th December 2008, with nominated delivery date of 21st January 2009. Emailed on 20th January 2009 to confirm delivery would be made as requested. Email back saying problem with order please ring customer services. Called customer services to be told order had not been downloaded and processed because it had a nominated delivery date, and the TV in question was no longer available therefore would have to order another television with a delivery of two weeks. Naturally cancelled order. Would have to question M&S systems. But at least they had not charged my credit card.
