Good Points

Sturdy, Durable as Hell, Exceptional Music Player, Massive 8 gig memory, Great 5 Megapixel Camera, More than decent Smart Phone, Does anything a Windows Mobile based phone will do, maybe even BETTER

Bad Points

Software Instability due to some Symbian softwares, Customizing it could cause problems in the future, Battery life could have been better, (doesnt last long with music being played for long).

General Comments

Bought the Nokia N95 from phones4u bout 7 months ago on Vodafone. Generally a great all-rounder smart phone, all features conveniently packed into one matt finish phone. Didnt give me problems until 3 months ago when I installed a couple of maps on it for Nokia Maps. It seems the phone prefers to run smoothly with just the bare essentials when it comes to software. And then came the dreaded "Start-up failed, Contact Retailer'' I used the phone via Data Transfer to upload a couple a pics as attachments in my email. It turned OFF and then the error mentioned earlier came on and wouldnt go away. The same thing happened to two of my matez N95 8gbz, and fixing this problem is time-consuming when it comes to legality and stuff. Other than that, by far, the best phone out in the market, compared to the iPhone or N96 and who knows which other phones.....
